Guidelines to Parents

Parental Guidelines

At our school, we firmly believe in the power of partnership between parents and our educational community. Our guidelines for parents are designed to serve as a guiding framework for our collective journey in nurturing and educating our students. Recognizing the essential role parents play in their child’s growth and learning, our guidelines aim to foster a positive and collaborative relationship.

School Arrival

To ensure a smooth schedule, the school gates will close at the following times:

• Classes III onwards: 8:05 A.M.
• Classes Pre-Nur to Class II: 9:05 A.M.

Students arriving late will not be admitted and may face disciplinary measures. Once your child is at school, they must remain until the end of the school day. Please keep sick children at home. Re-assessment for missed exams can be arranged with a medical certificate.

Punctuality

We appreciate your support in ensuring that children attend school regularly, arrive on time, and adhere to school rules. All students should return to school promptly on the notified date after vacations. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

Visiting Hours

Administrative Office:

• 10:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. on all working days.

School Timings:

• Classes Pre-Nur to II: 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
• Class III onwards: 8:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M.

Meeting with the Principal/Headmistress (By Appointment):

• 10:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. on all working days.
